Food Process Development Engineer
We’re seeking an experienced food process development engineer to join our Product team and lead the process development and scale-up activities of our coffee alternative products. You’ll be responsible for scaling up our first of many revolutionary beanless coffee products working closely with our food scientists and fermentation scientists. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys initiatives from the ground-up, has a track record of driving continuous improvement, and is excited to contribute to our mission of sustaining the future of coffee.
Precision Fermentation Scientist
Our team seeks scientists well-versed in fermentation science and process control with an in-depth understanding of microbial physiology, metabolism, and biosynthetic pathways. The appointee will design data-driven experiments, implement procedures to increase fermentation output and reproducibility, optimize production of specific molecules, and participate in transferring developed fermentation technology to manufacturing scale.
